I’ve had my assistant for seven years … she is getting older and has always been a bit ditzy … my phone number is on all of my marketing … she calls me all the time … she fills out forms on a weekly basis with my phone number… she has known me for 25 years and my phone number has always been the same, that whole time …

I was out of town, and in a hurry, when I accidentally sent a text message to her email along with a voicemail and some instructions … it shows up as my phone number in the email inbox … she writes back and asks, “Who is this?”

Even if she didn’t recognize my number, which I think is weird, if she had listened to the voicemail, she may have had a clue as to who it was when the customer says my name first thing in the voice mail … just sayin’ …

OMG … crazy… this is what I’m working with people …
